German speaking Junior Affiliate Manager

Job Description

As Junior Affiliate Manager you will be assisting the Affiliate Director who based in Stockholm with various tasks. You will be working within the affiliates team and the purpose of the role is to help generate revenue from various affiliates. Your main objective is to recruit new affiliates, build long-term relations with the affiliates and continue to improve the affiliate offerings. The teams purpose is to make sure the company offers a strong affiliate program, making sure the partners are satisfied and always focus on the bottom line.

 

Primary Areas of Responsibility:

  • Increase the number of profitable affiliate partnerships.
  • Ensure continuous business margins in each deal
  • Establishing, maintaining and optimising long-term relationships with the most profitable affiliates
  • Take feedback from affiliates and to give the development team improvement suggestions
  • Possibly promote the company's affiliate program in relevant affiliate fairs
  • Follow up and report on a monthly basis

 

Tasks:

  • Increase the number of profitable partners
  • Identify, contact and signa highly ranked and trusted affiliates in the relevant markets
  • New deals are made in collaboration with the Affiliate Director and approved by the CEO.

 

Ensure continuous business margins in each deal:

  • As Junior Affiliate Manager, you are responsible for the profitability of your dealership
  • Only make deals that likely to be profitable and can be clearly tracked in our system.

 

Establishing, maintaining and optimising long-term relationships:

  • Create close relationships with the right person at the affiliate
  • Understand what they are looking for and respond with customised offers
  • Develop win-win partnerships and improve partner operations, solve problems continuously

 

Improve affiliate program with the help of partner feedback:

  • Conducting surveys among affiliates and benchmarking program against the leading competitors
  • Collaborate with the development team and improve the current design and functionality
  • Differentiate and define the USPs

 

Marketing:

  • Possibly assisting with the marketing of the affiliate program at leading affiliate fairs
  • Responsible for marketing in other relevant channels

 

Follow up and reporting:

  • Report new affiliates, affiliate deposits and revenues were 2 times per month

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

 

Professionally

  • Documented success of affiliate sales within the online casino industry
  • 1-2 years experience working with statistical analysis
  • 1-2 years experience in online marketing
  • Demonstrated experience working with customer loyalty
  • Accustomed to working with KPIs
  • Accustomed to working in teams
  • High quality of English spoken and written
  • High quality of German spoken and written
  • Entrepreneurial creative business skills
  • Global business thinking

 

Education and background:

  • Relevant academic background
  • At least two years of relevant professional experience

 

Personal characteristics:

  • Results-oriented, self-motivated with a high level of ambition
  • Ability to deliver quality despite many balls in the air
  • High analytical skills with an interest in details
  • High social skills for working in teams and with partners
  • Flexible and rapidly adaptable to new situations
