ABOUT THE JOB

• Provide reactive phone, email and chat support services with emphasis on troubleshooting and efficient issue resolution to small and medium business clients
• Provide optimal advice regarding different queries of the business clients
• Create a meaningful rapport with key decision makers in the marketing industry and serve as a consultant for their online advertising strategy
• Understand the business goals of your clients in order to match the required online advertisement solutions
• Provide strategic campaign support to educate your clients
• Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results. 

 

THE REQUIREMENTS

 

• Language: German C1 + English B2
• Interest, Knowledge or Experience Digital Marketing and Advertising
• Customer Service Oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Available to start the 25/01/2021
