JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 
In order to work as part of their EMEA sales and customer support team, they wish to recruit a German speaking Sales & Customer Services Representative. Your job will include the following duties and responsibilities:

• Proactively sell and upsell to German speaking accounts
• Provide a superior level of customer service
• Meet and exceed sales and customer service targets
• Understand customer needs and build long-standing relationships

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION

• Fluency in German is essential
• Sales or customer service experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player with calm and professional approach
• Target driven individual

SALARY, BENEFITS & WORKING HOURS 
£20,000 + £5,000 on target commission + fantastic benefits including excellent pension, health insurance, life insurance and fantastic staff discount.
