What will you do in this job?
You will be providing both soft and hardware technical support through the phone to all customers experiencing difficulties. Send on problems to the I.M. support as well as work closely with them in order to increase your technical knowledge which should aid in the helping of customers with problems and queries.
You will also be required to work with those at the helpdesk in cross training, implementation of operations. Organise and manage all relationships with sellers and staff that also aid in the resolution of customer problems. Remembering throughout to promote and foster teamwork.
Lastly you will be required to take on a project leader role when it comes to handling to projects for our client as well as participating in all training based modules.

With employing over 500 people and winning awards based on their good service, they are currently looking for German speaking Technical Support agents to aid them in their expansion. Who are we looking for?
For this German speaking Technical Support job we are looking for someone with excellent problem solving skills, who can work well in a team, who is capable to stay with the flow of technology and keep up with the changing tides. You need to be comfortable with working with technology as you will be identifying and resolving technical issues on a daily basis. We are looking for someone who has a near native level in German and a good knowledge in English.
Experience in areas such as helpdesk support, customer service would be an advantage but is not mandatory. Technical support training will be supplied so having no helpdesk experience is not too important.
However we would like you to have some experience with MS Office Windows operating systems and a good knowledge of PC hardware.

Interview & Salary
The interview process for this German speaking Technical Support has a number of stages, i.e. phone interview, a face-to-face interview, and a technical evaluation to test your IT skills.
Your salary is dependent on the experience you bring to this technical support job. However there are a number of benefits such as life insurance and leisure vouchers etc. and there is also relocation support that if needed can be supplied. The salary will be confirmed in the interview process.
