What will you do in this job?
For this German Tech Support Job you will be responsible for answering and responding to all inbound calls, emails or online chats from customers who have any issues or queries. You will need to assess each problem and come up with a diagnosis to solve the problem - while doing so you will need to log all issues in the CRM system so this can help in future training. You will have set targets which you and your team will need to hit.

Who are we looking for?
For this Tech Support Job we are looking for you to have near native German and an excellent level of English as you will need to explain and help customers with various different capabilities of Technology in both German and English. You will need a minimum of 2 years previous experience in Customer Service and/or Tech support. You have excellent computer skills and are a wiz with your typing skills as you will need to type at least 30 words per minute. You are familiar with CRM systems and have a good understanding of networking.

Interview & Salary
The interview for this German Tech Support Job will take place over the phone and via email assessments. You will first have a quick 1st round phone screening followed by an in-depth written email assessment. If you pass these rounds a final in-depth phone interview will be held before you receive a possible offer.
If you are successful you will be offered a yearly salary of £15,808 (gross) along with great benefits such as a possible bonus upon meeting targets. There also a relocation package on offer for those that will need it i.e. flights over and the first few days of accommodation covered.
