German Technical Customer Service

Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a Technical Customer driven professional who wants to work abroad. Gaining international experience and developing knowledge and skills across a number of areas of the trade, as a Support Agent for the German market you will help customers with existing orders as well as any software concerns they may have. 

Potential candidates must be fluent in written and verbal German and English. Good working knowledge of computers, including MS Office, internet applications etc, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience of working within a BPO or a Contact Centre would be a definite plus but is not necessary, as full training is provided.

Start Date: 2nd November

€850 per month, includes accomodation
