This is a non-typical technical support job in the South Netherlands where you as a German speaker won’t be required to provide an IT Support or Networking support to your customers. Instead you will support wireless thermostats, boilers and HVAC devices. In this German language job you will be expected to solve occurring issues with the mentioned devices over the phone and via email. Therefore you are expected to use your previous knowledge and have a good understanding of home electronics’ products. Moreover, as a German Hardware Support Representative you will maintain the customers’ database and ensure that your clients are well-looked after, their problems resolved or forwarded to the relevant department.

Who are we looking for?

Interview process and salary
