German Technical Support Advisor- Android

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Maintain client relationships through product support over the phone.
-Manage effectively all incoming incidents in a customer service environment
-Gather information from customers, troubleshoot technical issues

WE OFFER

-Full-time and long-term contract
-Schedule:rotating 9:00-18:00 or 12:00 - 21:00 Monday - Sunday
-Salary: 16.000Euros gross/year + up to 3.000Euros gross/year in bonus
-Possibility to work part-time.
-Real possibility to grow within the company 
-Opportunity to join our international team 
-The work is located in Barcelona Center 
-Relocation Package provided.

PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:

-German native speaker with fluent English
-Team player 
-Willingness to learn and apply new technologies 
-Analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability desired 
-Ability to operate in high pressure situations 
-Good technical skills and knowledge preferable
-Excellent communication skills.
