To apply for this role, you will need to be a C2 German reading, writing, speaking and listening and a minimum of B2 English.

What you will be doing:

As a technical support advisor, you will be a brand ambassador to support customers with any queries do with their electronic devices to provide speedy WIFI connections. This role involves providing speed tests as well as setting up networks for customers and providing suitable solutions for any troubleshoots issues. This role will be ideal for any individuals who have experience working in technology or have a good knowledge of technology devices.
