German Telecoms Technical Support

Job Description

Working B2C for a large company providing landline, TV and internet s, you’ll be part of a massive team of over 170,000 people, helping consumers by telephone with contracts, tariffs, hardware and general enquiries.

This role takes you to beautiful Lisbon, which offers incredible weather, gorgeous beaches, and free shared accommodation from the company. The nearby Lisbon Portela Airport is a major European hub with frequent flights, so friends and family are never more than a few hours away with several flights to Germany every day, and a return costing an average of only €120.

Job Specification

Potential candidates must be fluent in written and verbal German, with a minimum of B1 proficiency in English. Good working knowledge of computers, including MS Office, internet applications etc. is desired, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience of working within a BPO or a Contact Centre would be a definite plus but is not necessary, as full training is provided.
