German Speaker Advisor (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Job Description

We are currently looking for a German Technical Support Advisor.

Responsibilities

-Support Chromecast product through email, phone and chat channels.
-Respond to incoming calls, email and from end users.
-Maintain client relationships through product support.
-Manage effectively all incoming incidents in a customer service environment.
-Gather information from customers and advice on policies.

We offer

-Full-time or Part-Time and Obra y Servicio contract
-Schedule: Full time: Monday-Sunday (39hrs/week), 9.00-21.00 (rotating shift)
-Schedule: Part-time: Monday - Friday, 9.00-21.00 (rotating shift) or Saturday and Sunday 9.00-21.00 (rotating shift)
-Salary: 17.000Euros gross/year - 19.000Euros gross/year

Requirements

-German native speaker
-Fluent English
-Team player 
-Excellent communication skills 
-Ability to operate in high pressure situations
