Healthcare Customer Service Agent (Hebrew)

For their client, a world leader in health and hygiene Industry, they are currently looking for Hebrew speakers to support their international team in Barcelona!

The Job.

In this role, you will be responsible to answer client questions, doubts and complaints via phone and email.
– Develop a sound understanding of the product (healthcare, household products) and services and to embrace brand values
– Provide professional and friendly client support via phone and email
– Responding to enquiries and handling different problems
– Ensure quality and professional service
– Ensure high level of customer satisfaction
– Follow-up of customer information
– Record all information in the internal system

The Profile.

– You are a native Hebrew speaker and have an excellent level of English
– You are confident and have an enthusiastic phone manner
– You have strong administrative skills with an eye for detail
– You have a proactive approach to problem solving
– You have a professional outlook with a ‘can do’ attitude
– You are an excellent team worker
– You are to handle sensitive calls with empathy

The Offer.

– Salary: 16.500 Euro gross / month (pro-rata for part-time positions depending on the hours agreed) + free Spanish classes offered
– Working hours: Monday – Friday: 9 am – 6 pm
