HealthCare Product Advisor (Dutch)

The Company 

For their client, a healthcare product company, they are looking for outgoing and pro-active Dutch speaking candidates to join their new international Support Team. Take part of a new exciting project in the center of Barcelona!

The Job

In this job you have the responsibility to handle customer telephone calls and enquiries via mail. 
- Complete registrations of new product purchases
- If necessary, arrange repairs/ order parts trough Customer Service Systems
- Communicate company policy regarding guarantee and service aims to customers
- Ensure a high level customer satisfaction
- Spot opportunities to promote additional services to customers
- Provide an excellent standard of professional customer care
- Being able to work in other areas of the business when the need arises

The Profile

- You are a native Dutch speaker +  have a fluent level in English
- You are able to work under pressure
- You have excellent communication skills
- You like working in team
- You are self-motivated
- You have a strong work ethic
- You are reliable, punctual and self-disciplined

The Offer

- Salary in line with market conditions: 15000 Euro Gross/Year
- Free Spanish classes offered
- Working hours: Monday – Friday: 9am- 6pm (possibility 10am to 7pm on Friday)
- A Full-time contract
