HealthCare Product Advisor (Dutch)

The Company 

For their client, a healthcare product company, they are looking for outgoing and pro-active Dutch speaking candidates to join their new international Support Team. Take part of a new exciting project in the center of Barcelona!

The Job

In this job you have the responsibility to handle customer telephone calls and enquiries via mail. 
– Complete registrations of new product purchases
– If necessary, arrange repairs/ order parts trough Customer Service Systems
– Communicate company policy regarding guarantee and service aims to customers
– Ensure a high level customer satisfaction
– Spot opportunities to promote additional services to customers
– Provide an excellent standard of professional customer care
– Being able to work in other areas of the business when the need arises

The Profile

– You are a native Dutch speaker +  have a fluent level in English
– You are able to work under pressure
– You have excellent communication skills
– You like working in team
– You are self-motivated
– You have a strong work ethic
– You are reliable, punctual and self-disciplined

The Offer

– Salary in line with market conditions: 15000 Euro Gross/Year
– Free Spanish classes offered
– Working hours: Monday – Friday: 9am- 6pm (possibility 10am to 7pm on Friday)
– A Full-time contract
– Fully paid training
