Hebrew Customer Care Agent in the Beauty that is Belfast

What are we looking for?
Calling all Hebrew speakers for the customer care role you’ve always wanted. We are looking for you to fill the position we have in Belfast Ireland for a giant service provider of IT and customer services.

What will you do in this job?
With this Hebrew speaking customer care role, your main job falls under the processing of online orders of our clients products and services. Addressing customer queries and requests in a professional and timely manner. Create, update and manage customer information within the database.

Our client nearly 15 years established now employing over 600 employees in the UK and Northern Ireland is a technology and services provider. With this particular client looking for a number language speakers they are currently looking for a Hebrew speaker to fill the position of customer care agent.

Who are we looking for?
For this customer cacre job we are looking for someone with a near native level of Hebrew with a good level of English. With that you have at least 6 months experience in the customer service sector, you have attention to detail and know your way around MSOffice.
A big advantage is a Hebrew speaker with experience in Web-based apps or Oracle.

Belfast is where you will be working, Belfast is in Northern Ireland a city bursting with life, where the local are great craic (fun), there are plenty of bars and restaurant’s to socialise and you will always have amazing things to do and see with the likes of Giants Causeway, the Titanic Museum and its beautiful views.

Interview & Salary
The interview process for this customer care job is 3 fold, you will be invited for a quick phone screen, then an online email assessment and lastly a phone interview making it great for those who live abroad, you don’t have to fly over for an interview.
