Hebrew Customer Service

Responsibilities

  • Identify sales leads
  • Respond to general products questions and provide problem resolution
  • Responsible for inbound sales
  • Follow up KPI and other standard procedures

 

Requirements

  • Fluent Hebrew and English
  • Strong technical and research skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Previous experience in sales
