What you will be doing
As a technical support desk advisor, you will be the second line support for one of the largest tech brands in the world, you will be dealing through multichannel communication and dialling. Your role will be to provide customers with support on queries in relation to troubleshooting, technology glitches and queries. This role will be ideal for someone who has experience working in a service desk environment.
