We are currently recruiting for Dutch, Danish or Swedish speaking candidates to work as Technical Support Adviser for a leading technology and innovation company. They are leaders in Smartphone, tablets, computers, etc. and are expanding their service operations in Barcelona.

The Job

In this position the ideal candidate ensures customer support for the Dutch, Swedish or Danish market.

The main tasks involve:
-Offer constant excellent customer service
-Take incoming user requests (via telephone, email, voicemail and pager)
-Log call details onto the management systems, providing resolution to the customer
-Maintain knowledge and expertise in order to keep our Users satisfied
-Proactively update customers with status and resolution progress-Monitor / progress all open queries in queue

The Profile

-Native/ Very high level of Dutch, Danish or Swedish and fluent English
-Passion for Technology and customer support
-Excellent communication in a variety of customer facing situations
-Positive Attitude & Motivation
-Technical certifications or High School/University
-Adequate home working environment (Private Room / Internet connection)
-Located in Barcelona, Mallorca, Valencia or Madrid
