HR Administrator with French, Polish, Hungarian or Italian

Job Description

At this moment, REED is searching for a HR Administrator with various language skills for positions of our client, international company based in Prague currently growing and extending its business. This position is suitable for fresh graduates and also for candidates with work experience. If you would like to use foreign languages, you are interested in administration and you are proactive person this is perfect job opportunity for you!

In this role you will be responsible for:
HR administration (on-boarding, leaving)
Contract preparation
Answering to employees queries
Coordinate and provide data and info to payroll
Working closely with other departments
Medical and benefits administration
Comply with all required policies & local labour law

Experience in HR admin/customer service/finance is a plus
Good PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Very good organizational and solving skills
Communicative and proactive person
English + Hungarian, Polish, French or Italian
Multinational environment
Career prospects
Professional training
Daily use of foreign language
