HR Advisor - Dutch&English required

Job Description


• Respond and resolve HR related inquiries from employees, managers, Centers of Expertise (e.g. Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Organization Development, Payroll) and Vendors via phone, email, fax and letter against agreed Service Level Agreements and utilizes Case Management System to record case notes 

• Maintain accurate employee related records and data in HR systems, incl. Workday (e.g. new hire on-boarding, employee separations, leaves of absence, benefits etc.) 

• Resolve more complex issues using judgment to escalate and route issues to the specialist as appropriate 

• Participate in HR related projects (e.g. continuous improvement, creating policy documentation) 
• Prioritize tasks effectively and work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment operating with the highest degree of integrity and discretion 


• Working experience in Human Resources required, additional experience in a customer service environment is a plus 

• Strong verbal & written communication skills in English and Dutch is required. One of the following languages is a plus: French or German 

• Degree or certificate in Human Resources or related discipline 

• Able to work in fast-paced environment, flexible and adaptable to change 

• Affinity to Tools and systems (Workday, Perf Management etc)
