HR & Learning Platform Administrator with Spanish & English

Job Description

Accenture is opening a position that is a great opportunity for graduates and junior candidates – HR & Learning Platform Administrator with English and Spanish. The role is a part of Learning Administration Services process with the aim of providing planning and logistic support to a client (a leading IT company) in learning programs.

As an HR & Learning Platform Administrator you will be responsible for:

- Set up and hosting of online events (trainings, presentations etc.) according to the stakeholder’s request
- Seamless execution of virtual trainings
- Proactive exchange of information with training session requesters regarding the requirements of the training session
- Arrangement of ‘prep calls’ with panelists and requesters of the session in order to explain certain technical features or advise on the best way of session execution
- Ensuring that the tools used during virtual training are used properly while taking a burden off instructors and enabling them to focus on the content of the lesson
- Abiding by processes and guidance agreed with the client


- High school or university degree
- Full working proficiency in English and intermediate Spanish (English will be the main working language, while Spanish will be used once in a while for certain sessions)
- Strong confidence in communication and excellent interpersonal skills
- Technical acumen is highly appreciated
- Knowledge of MS Office is essential 
- Experience in service delivery and a client-facing role is an advantage
- Self-Motivated and positive approach
- Flexibility to take on additional tasks and responsibilities
