HR Manager

Your challenge

This is a standout role available with an international company. Some of the responsibilities include:

•    Leading the HR team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business
•    Managing employee relations, including managing absence, disciplinary, grievances and sickness
•    Coaching employees/ managers on performance management issues and processes
•    Providing guidance on development for managers and their teams
•    Implementing the training and development agenda; identifying areas that need attention and improvement


•    Master’s degree in Business Management or similar (preferable)
•    Proven extensive experience in IR/HR
•    Proven experience in dealing with and building strong partnerships with the unions
•    Ability to handle several priorities, initiate and implement changes
•    Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
•    Strategic thinking and the ability to action the plans
•    Tracking compliance of HR policies, documents, processes employment letters etc
•    Monitoring actions taken on non-compliances
