iCustomer Service Advisor HOME-BASED (FR/GE)

This is a HOME WORKING job opportunity, from full-time (39hrs/week) to part-time (30hrs/week). You must be based in one of the following city: Barcelona, Valencia, Malaga, Mallorca, Alicante or Las Palmas.


The Company

For an American multinational company and worldwide leader in design, manufacture, and marketing of mobile communication, media devices, personal computers, etc. we are currently looking for French and German speaking candidates for customer service home based roles. The Job

In this position, the ideal candidate ensures customer support for the French or German market. Most of the queries will be about logistics, delivery process, refunds and invoicing.


The main tasks involve:

- Take incoming calls and identify customer requests

- Provide customers with accurate information and solve their queries

- Log in and follow up of correct and valid orders or requests

- Ensure high level of customer service satisfaction and meet SLA’s standards and procedures

- Deliver high calibre customer service on post-sales requisitions (logistics, warranties, refunds, ...)

- Record all required data elements in CRM as required by client’s training, policies and procedures

- Share knowledge with colleagues, follow courses on e-learning platforms and support less experienced team members


The Profile

- Language skills: native level of French or German + fluency in English

- Previous experience in a customer service related role (face-to-face or over the phone) is a plus

- Very good communication (oral and written) and listening skills

- Empathy, diplomacy and ability to remain calm in stressful situation

- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Customer, quality and service oriented

- Good organization skills and attention to details

- Team player, open-minded and always ready to help

- Enthusiast, motivated, eager to learn and self-starter

- Interest or affinity in new technologies


The Offer

- A salary in line with Spanish standards: €16.000 / year + bonus + full paid training period

- HOME BASED position, full-time job (39hrs/week) or part-time (30hrs/week), availability to work from Monday to Sunday from 8am to 8pm
