Your challenge

You will support customers in Spanish and English via phone and email. A positive and resilient attitude, interest in travel and good general knowledge of geographies are required for this exciting and interesting role. You will be assisting customers in booking and managing their trips while making their entire experience as hassle-free as possible.Customers might ask you for your advise on locations and sights and you will use your travel knowledge to tailor an ideal package to their interests. You will also be the first point of contact for any customer complaints or inquires. It will then be your responsibility to solve these issues in a timely and efficient manner and to devise suitable solutions.  In return you will earn professional experience with one of the biggest travel brands globally, and gain international experience – perfect for a career in the travel industry! 

Your resume

•Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English

•High school, College or University degree

•Excellent Customer care skills
•A passion for the travel and tourism industry

•Highly computer literate with an understanding of the internet and MS office
