Inside Sales Development Program (DK, BE or CH)

HP Enterprise is offering you this amazing opportunity with their 2-year Sales Development Program in their international Sales HUB in Barcelona. You will receive an exceptional and intensive training where you will learn everything about sales and become a real sales professional and the Innovation Technologies field. After these 2 years you will be ready and have the chance to take a management / field sales role in your home country (or another country).

As part of this expert Sales Program, HP Enterprise also provides you with continuous training sessions to develop your soft skills (public speech training, social network selling, management skills...) in order to evolve into a management position after these 2 years.

In this HUB of Barcelona you will team up with more than 35 nationalities and enjoy a very dynamic, professional and young work environment. Besides incentives, they also offer summer and winter camps where they mix working and fun to keep on developing your social and professional skills.

The Job

- In this Sales program you will build your own client portfolio in an assigned territory by selling the HP Enterprise products, services and supplies. You will learn how to do this trough ‘cold calling’ 
- Interface and build strong relationships with different clients
- You will identify emerging market trends and opportunities, lead new market penetration campaigns and follow-up with campaigns
- Be responsible for your own account in pursuit of new business or up-selling opportunities
- Analyze the industry of the client to facilitate rich client dialogue and demonstrate breadth and depth of knowledge to position and map HP capabilities that align to client business objectives and initiatives
- As dictated by the selling model, engage partners effectively to improve win rates on selective deals. In this way you orchestrate the resources and sponsorship essential for executing business effectively
- Nurture and close new opportunities that result in substantial incremental orders, revenue and margins to HP, representing the entire HP portfolio and products and services 

The Profile

- You speak French+ Dutch / Swiss German / Danish
- Master degree in Business field
- From just graduate to 5 years of experience maximum
- Sales oriented
- Interest in IT, Technology and in a corporate environment
- Project management skills
- Career ambitions
- Pro-active oriented: demonstrate pro-active activities within accounts to uncover new business to take ownership for new opportunities.
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Driven and self-starter
- Hard worker
- Not afraid of calling and being on the phone
- Ability to communicate with high level executives

- Competitive salary: €33.000 OTE + additional uncapped commissions for over achievement + meal vouchers of 9 euro/day
