Inside Sales Executive (m/f) (German speaking)

The company


Our client is a B2B marketing agency, working with well-known companies delivering integrated marketing campaigns that generate real sales results. A key element of the success of those campaigns is the Lead Generation Team – a crack team of highly talented and experienced sales professionals working from our client’s offices on behalf of their customers nurturing their sales pipeline, building intelligence from their sales database and developing opportunities for their customer’s sales teams.



Responsibilities will include:


  • Nurturing a sales pipeline for the customers of our client
  • Owning planning, coordinating, and implementing the lead generation aspect of an integrated marketing campaign for the client including;
    • lead generation
    • delegate recruitment
    • customer research & profiling
  • Demonstrating return on client investment through high quality output and client satisfaction
  • Developing an in depth understanding of a variety of complex B2B product/service options
  • Meeting required targets within determined timescales



The successful candidate will be experienced in:


  • Successfully selling a complex product or proposition face to face or by telephone
  • Liaising successfully to Director level within prospect and customer businesses
  • Working to and exceeding commercial targets and objectives
  • Consultative sales – building rapport, defining needs and building intelligence
  • Working to tight deadlines/juggling multiple projects
    • Fluent in German and English (verbal and written) to a native/business standard

You will be a key part of a team of B2B marketers and we are looking for people who can bring their knowledge and experience of B2B sales to that team, contributing ideas and insight that help steer the marketing campaigns. The most successful lead generators are relentlessly positive, curious about the business and people they are speaking to every day, have excellent business acumen and a competitive edge!


The office is located in a beautiful converted barn in a rural village so it is essential that YOU HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION. Our client provides housing for the training period close to the office.
