Inside Sales Manager

HP Enterprise is hiring Inside Sales Managers. They are looking for motivated people with at least 5 years of experience in Inside or Field Sales who would like to pass their knowledge and passion to new talents.

In this HUB of Barcelona you will team up with more than 35 nationalities and enjoy a very dynamic, professional and young work environment. Are you a true Sales expert with proves people management and leadership skills? 

The job

- In charge of a team between 10 to 12 people
- Make development plans, support the sales, ensure understanding of the business processes and sales interactions
- Proactively make plans and identify gaps to ensure that KPI’s will be achieved
- Be accountable to hit the targets
- Create a dynamic and professional team, encourage the new style of selling 
- Develop a deep knowledge of the portfolio to be able to support your team in the sales decisions, keep up to date with all the tools related to the sales motion
- On the job coaching of the sales decisions of your team, discussing deals in the pipe and advise your team on how to win deals
- Give guidance to your team to formulate their call, set expectations and goals based on the country targeted 
- Make local country campaigns with the team
- Ensure clear communication with the local countries and act as an enabler for both the country and the sales
- Maintain a balance between delivering the numbers and motivating your team

The profile

- Excellent level of English + preferably Scandinavian / Swiss German / Dutch + French
- Master degree in the Business Field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Inside or Field Sales
- Experience in people management
- Experience in account planning, set up and execution of framework business, global business processes and margin recovery/up-sell/ cross-sell tactics
- Experience in the IT industry
- Proven Sales record 
- Experience in contract negotiation and commercially strong
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong presentation, negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong team player
- Experience in working in an international team

The Offer

- Competitive salary: €60000 - €80000 OTE + additional uncapped commissions for over achievement + meal vouchers of 9 euro/day
