Inside Sales Manager

Job Description

Working in this very busy B2B telecoms sector.  You will have previously demonstrated your key man management and sales ability within a telecoms company and have a minimum of 5 years Sales Management.  Managing a team of 6 internal sales and 3 external sales, you will set KPI's, and drive the "new business" sales team.  You will coach, mentor and ensure that all company targets are met and exceeded.  This role is to work on the SME sector and corporate space.  You will be an integral part of recruiting and growing this team and you will work in conjunction with all the other departments. 

This is a role for someone who has previously worked in this role but is now looking to move to a company where the growth and development of the business is at a fast growing pace.

You MUST have telecoms sales management experience.
