Internal Sales Executive - French & Italian Speaking

Advancing People Multilingual are working with a well-established client based in the Newbury area. Due to their continued success they are looking to expand their International Sales team.

Our Client is seeking an additional French & Italian Internal Sales Executive to join their current high performing team. The fundamentals of this role include building continued relationships with new and existing clients.

The role of the Internal Sales Executive is to sell the company's specialist products in the B2B market via telephone and email, using the tools provided which include a large database of leads and website enquiries. This role is working within a highly competitive market, for a leading company.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieve planned sales objectives by proactively selling via outbound telephone calls
  • Updating records on internal sales system
  • Meet and exceed KPI's
  • Maintaining strong relationships with ongoing clients of the company.
  • Undertaking of Business Development to gain new clients for the company.

The ideal candidate:

  • Fluent in French & Italian
  • Proven outbound calling sales experience
  • Proven B2B sales Experience
  • Be able to demonstrate experience of working to and exceeding business targets
  • Inbound/Outbound calling experience
  • Must be energetic and driven with excellent communication skills including active listening skills and the ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive.
  • Excellent telephone skills

In return our client is offering a salary of £25,000 DOE with an O.T.E of £30,000 + generous company benefits.
