International Recruitment Consultant (Poland)

Job Description

Delegate International Recruitment is a unique and growing export focussed, language specialist recruitment company with offices in Belfast, Berlin and Krakow. We are truly international working with companies in 18 different countries right now, and working with candidates literally all around the world. 

We are looking for a strong Senior Recruiter to handle international placements. You should be confident and articulate with excellent English language skills as well as Polish (and any other language would be an advantage) as 60-70% of your daily activity will be in English.  Exceptional communication skills and self motivation are essential given that you will work remotely from your direct manager and many of your candidates located across Europe, and you should also have clear and direct reporting style.

You will join a multinational team recruiting for some of the world’s biggest brands and clients on the European market (UK, Ireland, Portugal, Poland, Bulgaria, Netherlands…). You will be attracting candidates and processing applications from candidates from various countries. You have previous experience dealing with European candidates. Your positive attitude will enable you to successfully sell the benefits and opportunities of our clients to candidates and to build a relationship with your candidates to support them in the recruitment process

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing international team. We are looking for someone with a hands on approach, who enjoys all stages of the process from resourcing to offer negotiation as because this is a start up you will initially have responsibility for full process. Once established (aprox 6 months) there will be the opportunity to grow the role to a management position and create a team structure for Krakow.  Agency experience is preferred but target focussed in-house recruiters will also be considered.  Previous recruitment industry experience is essential.

Applicants should have previous experience in recruitment, dynamic and fast paced working practises and a competitive and engaged attitude. Experience managing clients or recruitment project would be a distinctive advantage. Polish and English languages to fluent level is an essential requirement. Additional language skills an advantage.
