International Sales Recruiter

The Company.

Our client is a well-known international BPO company with a strong team spirit and open mindset.

The Job.

Being part of the international recruitment department, you will be in charge of the junior and senior sales positions within the company. Besides managing direct applicants your main task will be to actively search for suitable profiles. The main tasks include:

– Analysis of company needs and establish a profile and search plan to respond to their needs
– Sourcing and hunting of candidates using company’s and social network
– Development of new sourcing channels
– Advertisement of vacancies
– Qualification and interview of candidates
– Development of own candidates’ network
– Follow-up with candidates

The Profile.

The ideal candidate has already previous experience in direct search and knows how to pro-actively recruit talent.

– Excellent English skills and another European language (Spanish, Dutch or German preferred)
– Min. 1 year of experience within direct search or recruitment
– Excellent communication skills
– Proactive, energetic and target oriented
– Teamplayer who sees the big picture and not only his own positions
– Passion for recruitment and people
– Not afraid of picking up the phone
– Able to influence and negotiate with manager about presented profiles
– Positive working attitude
– Work hard – play hard mindset

The Offer.

– Base salary depending on experience + commission structure
– Being part of a brandnew kick-off project
– Recruiting international sales profiles for Barcelona
– Bright and modern office in @22 area
– Flexible working hours between Monday and Friday starting from 8 AM
– 39 h/week
– Permanent contract after 2 months of trial period
– Start date: ASAP
