German Technical Support position in International Service Desk

The Company

Our client is a multinational company representing information technology and communication companies. 

The Job

We are looking for IT interested talents who like sharing their knowledge and who like giving advise.
As a Technical Support Adviser you will be working on an international service desk and represent a well known brand. The main responsibilities will be:

- Provide excellent customer support related to IT issues
- Answer incoming calls and emails
- Follow up and solving IT incidents
- Escalate incidents to Level 2 when unable to resolve
- User/Account Management
- Ensure that service quality levels fully meet expectations

The Profile

The company expects the following of the candidate:

- Native level of German and excellent commands in English
- Experience in Customer Service and willing to help customers
- Experience in Helpdesk or Technical Support
- Advanced IT skills 
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Flexibility regarding work schedule 7 am - 8 pm (40 h/week)
- A degree in IT is a big plus

The Offer

- Initial 6 months contract (with 15 days trial period) + 6 months + permanent contract
- A salary above the average for Customer Service positons 18.500 - 20.000€ p.a.
