Job Description

Helpdesk position for international Service Desk

Our client is an important BPO player established in Barcelona. They are currently looking for experienced candidates in IT helpdesk.

Our partner works on high quality standards and is looking for new professionals to join their growing team in Barcelona.

The Job

- Provide excellent customer support
- Answer incoming calls and help clients resolving their IT technical issues
- Follow up and solving L1 incidents
- Escalate incidents to L2 when unable to resolve
- Responding to incoming emails
- Ensuring that service quality levels meet expectations

The Profile

- Native level of German and Spanish, fluency in English 
- Proven experience in IT
- Experience in customer support
- Experience in technical support
- 1 year experience
- IT-minded
- Problem solving capabilities and excellent communication skills
- 40h/ week, 8h/day between 07:00 and 20:00
