IT Helpdesk Technical Support

Delegate International are now working with this impressive team on their Polish Contact Centre requirements.  Based in Beautiful Krakow we have immediate opportunities for Technical Support staff to work in this international and professional environment.

Providing 1st level support to customers, identifying issues and providing potential solutions. Working on a professional level you will also be assessing customers for both technical and business sustainability, producing feasibility reports and maintaining inventories of hardware and software while using the Call Tracking System to document and manage problems and work requests and their respective resolutions.

Essential skills:

  • Fluent in written and verbal Czech or Slovak and English
  • Experience troubleshooting, hardware and software Experience in a Customer Service focused environment will be advantageous
  • Be IT literate and have experience in using Microsoft packages, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Good knowledge of operating systems/servers: Windows 98/2000/2003, XP
