Your challenge

You will be providing 1st level support to customers, identifying issues and providing potential solutions. This is a highly technical role and although training is provided, this employer is seeking candidates who already have a technical understanding. With this international employer you will gain professional technical skills as well as international experience. Some tasks you will undertake daily include

  • Assessing customers for both technical and business sustainability
  • Producing feasibility reports
  • Maintaining inventories of hardware and software
  • Using the Call Tracking System to document and manage problems and work requests and their respective resolutions.
  • Working as part of a team in order to meet targets

Your resume

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English
  • Previous experience with troubleshooting, hardware and software
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service environment would be a bonus!
  • Highly IT literate with experience of Microsoft packages such as word, excel, outlook etc
  • Good knowledge of operating systems/servers: windows 98/2000/2003, XP
