IT Sales Team Manager (Italian)

Job Description

The Company:

The company is a leader in the IT industry, very international organization with ambitious expansion plans. They are currently recruiting an experienced Inside Sales Manager to take leadership over the Italian Inside Sales Team.

Your Responsibilities: 

- Responsible for the recruitment process and development of the team
- Cost management
- Leading and handling medium-sized customers
- Driving improvement of inside sales collaboration strategies
- Providing guidance to continuously improve customer interface by assessing them
- Assigning responsibilities, providing direction, coaching, leadership, removing barriers as needed to enable Inside Sales Representatives to execute their roles, achieving objectives and goals
- Directing and controlling activities 

The Profile

- Native Italian + excellent level of English
- 8 to 10 years of experience in Inside or Field Sales
- Up to 3 years of experience in People Management
- Proven experience and knowledge in the IT industry 
- Advanced knowledge of sales processes
- A good knowledge of company’s portfolios
- Good negotiation, communicating and influencing skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong team player
- A wide knowledge of finances
- Risk, crisis and conflict management skills
- Communicative, open minded and good in developing and managing relationships with clients
- Experience with working in an international environment
