IT Service Desk

For one of our client, a Swedish company with headquarters established in Barcelona, we are currently recruiting for an IT Service Desk Technician.

The Job.

In this role, you will be responsible to provide IT support to the company's clients and remote users, spread over 3 offices. 
– Handle 1st and 2nd level support requests coming from the 3 company's offices and their remote users
– Support the existing IT infrastructure
– Support System configuration, User Management and Connectivity
– Provide excellent level of service and ensure high level of user satisfation
– Ad-hoc projects

The Profile.

– You have an excellent level of English + conversational level in Spanish
– You have min. 2 years of IT Helpdesk experience providing users support
– You have experience with Active Directory, Windows 10, Windows Server 2012 an Office 365
– Experience in the following technologies is preferred (although training can be provided): VOIP, PBX, VMWare, SAN technologies, Networking, Backups
– Experience in highly regulated environment is desirable
– ITIL experience is desirable
– You are able to take ownership over your tasks
– You have excellent communication skills, can adapt to your audience and able to communicate clearly with remote users
– You have the ability to build rapport with others
– You have a service and collaborative work attitude, always applying the highest quality standards
– You are eager to learn, curious and willing to develop your skills
– You are a real team player, trustworthy, always ready to help and share knowledge
– You have a strong level of energy and are self motivated

– Rotating shifts from Monday to Friday: 07:00 to 15:00 or 14:00 to 22:00
