IT User Access Manager

Job Description

For one of our client, an international Shared Service Centre based in Barcelona, we are currently recruiting for a User Access Manager.


The Job

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and driving the user access management team and continuous improvement programme for user access management activities across the globe. The main tasks include:

  • Build and lead the Global Access Management team
  • To act as an escalation point for all access management issues
  • Define, build, implement agreed processes and policies
  • Write and maintain processes and supporting documentation
  • Support the IT Transformation
  • Responsible for line Management of the Access Management function
  • Assist in system upgrades and contribute to incident and problem management
  • Ad-hock projects


The Profile

The ideal candidate has a strong experience in a similar role and has the right people management skills to help a team better performing.

  • English on a business level
  • Min. 5 years of experience in a managerial position (preferably of an IT team)
  • Certifications in ITIL is desirable
  • Experience with Service logging tools
  • Proven ability to manage a team and to handle talks simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Solution oriented and motivated
  • Positive mindset with a hands-on attitude
  • Able to troubleshoot and delegate tasks
