Italian Customer Service and Sales Advisor

Your challenge

You will support customers in Italian via phone and email. A positive and resilient attitude, interest in travel and good general knowledge of geographies are required for this exciting and interesting role. Some of the tasks you will undertake daily include:

  • Advising Customers via both phone and e-mail
  • Listening to Customer needs and wants and putting together the perfect package to suit them
  • Advising Customers of suitable locations for them locations using your extensive knowledge of the travel industry
  • Dealing with customer issues and complaints in an appropriate and effective manner
  • Finding Customers the best deals and discounts
  • Working as part of a team in order to meet targets

Your resume

  • Fluent written and spoken Italian
  • Excellent Customer care skills
  • Highly computer literate with an understanding of the internet
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build a good rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to problem solve effectively and efficiently
