Your Challenge

Our client is looking for an energetic, customer focused individual to be the first point of contact for customers of this worldwide apparel and footwear company who have clients all over the world. This particular client is responsible for some of the biggest household names and wants someone who can solve any problems while providing the best experience for their customers. You will interact daily with customers via phone, email, live chat and social media so you will need to be quick-thinking, creative and an excellent communicator! 


Your Resume

  • Fluency in Italian with a good working level of English
  • Educated to high-school or degree level
  • Previous customer service experience within a call centre environment would be an advantage but not necessary
