Your challenge

You will support customers in Italian and English via phone and email. A positive and resilient attitude, interest in travel and good general knowledge of geographies are required for this exciting and interesting role. Some of the tasks you will undertake daily include:

•Advising Customers via both phone and e-mail

•Listening to Customer needs and wants and putting together the perfect package to suit them

•Advising Customers of suitable locations for them locations using your extensive knowledge of the travel industry

•Providing expert knowledge and advice regarding the company website, booking challenges and cancellations or changed to existing reservations

•Dealing with customer issues and complaints in an appropriate and effective manner

•Finding Customers the best deals and discounts

•Working as part of a team to meet targets

Your resume

•Fluent written and spoken Italian and English

•High school, College or University degree

•Excellent Customer care skills

•Highly computer literate with an understanding of the internet and MS office

•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build a good rapport with customers and colleagues

•Strong problem solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet

•Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

•Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload
