Japanese Partner Support Advisor

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Partner Support Advisor for one of our clients, a famous American company.

Responsibilities

-Onboarding of qualified (with business plan signed off by stakeholders) prospective
-Enterprise partners for all products, and partner types.
-Provide support to Apps SMB applicants around questions related to the application process or the Apps reseller program. 
-Technical enquiries like those related to the verification of the domain will continue to be routed to the Technical Support team
-Provide support to Cloud partner applicants around questions related to the application process or the Cloud partner program
-Offboarding (all partners, all products)
-Evaluations (all partners, all products)
-Partner program and other related queries as outlined in section above.

We offer

Ful-time and long-term contract
Salary: 20.000EUR gross/year + up to 4.000EUR gross/year in bonus

Requirements

-Japanese native speaker
-Business English
-Team player 
-Willingness to learn and apply new technologies 
-Analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability desired 
-Ability to operate in high pressure situations 
-Good technical skills and knowledge preferable
-Excellent communication skill
-European Work Permit Required
-Possibility to work part-time
