About the position:

  • The role involves assisting in the boarding process for new customers, working with the operational processes for new and existing customers, responsible for development, cancellation of deposit accounts (current accounts, savings accounts, forward accounts) and responsible for all customers' processes.
  • Provide superior professional customer service while managing all inquiries regarding the company's products and services
  • Make sure the company's accounts are opened according to the company's product and service guidelines.
  • Build up a relationship with customers while addressing some problems that concern any of the company's products
  • Identify sales opportunities after analyzing customer needs
  • Support for the collection of data / information for the company (via telephone, email, chat, video call or any other agreed communication channel)

Requirements

  • Fluent language skills in Norwegian and English. Additional languages will be an advantage
  • Previous work experience in a customer support environment is a plus
  • General computer skills
  • Team player and customer oriented
  • Willing to learn and expand knowledge
