Customer support agent – 1st Line Support

Your tasks: Answering and resolving customer support inquiries by telephone, mail and email.We expect from you to provide excellent level of customer services.

Your profile: It is essential that you have good knowledge of computers, good english as well as a proficient , close to native level  German. You should have have a high level of interest in technology, excellent communication skills and capacity to work in a team.
