Junior Help Desk Agent with Nordic languages

Job Description

Are you good at handling incoming phone calls / e-mails from customers regarding technical issues related to: hardware, software and network? Do you have experience in delivering professional and prompt service to the customers? You speak fluently in one of the mentioned language: Finnish, Swedish, Dutch or Danish and good English? If yes, you can be the one our globally well-known Client in Kraków or in Katowice is looking for!

You responsibility will be: keeping records of all customers’ enquiries in the reporting system, analyzing and resolving most common enquiries by providing step-by-step solutions or using remote access to take control of the computer and solve the problem as well as sending more complex enquiries to the relevant IT Support Team. Additionally, contact us once you have very good knowledge of Windows XP, Windows 7, MS Office, MS based applications. A big advantage would be your previous experience as a technical support agent.
