Junior Recruiter (Danish/Dutch/French/German)

For a big BPO company with international environment we are looking for a full-time Junior Recruiter to join the HR team in the recruitment department.  


The Job

- Proactively search for the candidates

- Conduct telephone, face-to-face, competency based interviews

- Create and lead customized assessment centers

- Build up and maintain a strong relationship with the hiring managers

- Inform candidates about the results of interviews

- Prepare a formal written proposal for the position

- Collect documents from new employees and give them the welcome package

- Being responsible the selection process for internal promotions

- Maintain the data base


The Profile

- Advanced level of English 

- Native level of Danish, Dutch, French or German

- Related Studies (Psychology, Labour Relations, Master in Human Resources)

- Previous experience in HR Recruitment

- Ability to work in a face-paced environment and on own initiative

- Team player

- Ability to prioritize, maintain deadlines, and meet high targets


The Offer

- Salary: €16.000 euros gross/year 

- Full-time position, 39 hrs/week (Monday - Friday)

- 4-month temporary contract with possibility of permanent contract and joining the team

- Opportunity to join an international team
