Key Account Manager iGaming

Job Description

Do you want to be the key player in our Swedish client’s relations with its many customers within the iGaming segment (casino, Sportsbook, poker, bingo)? If a fun and energetic career leap as Key Account Manager in Malta with a desk view over the Mediterranean sounds interesting, then you should definitely read on.


How’s your workday?

Your company provides payment solutions that are fast, easy-to-use and that enhances e-commerce and iGaming transfers. It adds value to the gaming companies websites as it makes deposits/withdrawals fast and accurate. Something poker players find very appealing to mention an example.


You are responsible for the company’s iGaming clients that consist of well-know international gaming companies. You see to that their payment processes are smooth and hassle-free. A major part of your work is to create relations with stakeholders and introduce new features, functions and joint marketing campaigns to increase deposits. As you understand you are constantly consulting the customers on how to develop their business and giving suggestions on how to improve their gaming offerings through your products.


As a more hands-on description is your everyday about contacting the customers through phone, email or why not stroll down the seafront promenade and visit them? Naturally are you answering new prospects and preparing quotes and offerings for them. You make sure those new prospects converts into customers. This is a position where you build long lasting relationships and strategically collaborations. Basically, when your clients are making money, so are you. Therefore it is key to analyze the clients’ traffic and identify improvements areas to maximize conversions and deposits.


On the administrative side of work are you handling the iGaming clients data and see to that all documents are up to date and complies with regulations/licensees. You are also creating reports from the various systems. On the other hand you are responsive to what the clients wants and asks of your company. They trust that you escalate problems and incidents so that new structures can be in place to prevent further hassle.


Who likes it here?

To be successful in this role do we believe that you need experience from Account Management on a senior level. It is meritorious if you have done this within a payments provider or an IT-solution’s environment. The company uses Salesforce as its CRM tool hence experience from that application is meritorious.


On a personal level are you a person that is skilled in handling data and numbers. You have a sound judgment and understanding of different pricing strategies and business models. You are communicative and social in both speech and writing, you should enjoy talking and building relationships with different kinds of personalities.


It is very important that you work structured and have a strong analytical mind-set. You use these abilities when analyzing complex flows of information and when explaining how your products can improve the clients’ processes and customer cycles. Perhaps it is unnecessary to mention that you are a positive person with loads of engagement into what you do; you’re a KAM after all.


Occasional trips to the main office in Stockholm or the branch in Barcelona may occur but are not a continuous part of your work.
