Key Account Specialist (Dutch + French)

The Company

Our client is a Belgian BPO company build up in 2010 and is located in the heart of the international city of Barcelona.

For their client, a company specialized in alarm systems, they are currently looking for a Dutch + French speaker to join their team.


The Job

- Support and advise Corporate Clients
- Answer Administrative and Financial questions and follow up with the clients
- Handle complains and follow up with the clients regarding these matters
- Responsible for the new client incorporation in the system or update client’s information
- Pay high attention to details and handle carefully sensitive data of customers
- Working in team with the Corporate Account managers


The Profile

- Native level or Dutch + Fluent in French and English
- Knowledge of German is a plus
- Bachelor degree (or equivalent working experience)
- Min 2 years of similar working experience
- Knowledge of MS Office and a good knowledge of Excel
- Being responsible and being able to work independently
- Stress resistant and being able to put priorities
- Proactive mindset
- Customer oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Being able to work organized and detail oriented


The Offer

- Monday- Friday: 9:00 - 17:30
