Legal Customer Service Advisor (Native English + Spanish)

Legal Customer Service Advisor is the first contact of customer’s interaction with the company. You will be creating and maintaining the best relationship with customers and guiding them from the beginning of an inquiry till the most suitable solution.

  • Managing incoming inquiries of customers via phone and email
  • Building and maintaining close relationship with customers
  • Managing documentation and preparing contracts
  • Consulting with legal professionals inside the company in search of the most suitable solutions
  • Delivering an exceptional experience for customers at every interaction



  • Native English and fluent Spanish
  • Min. 1 year of experience in customer service
  • Settled down in Barcelona
  • Great communication skills, both oral and verbal
  • Proactive character with an ability to perform great in a team
  • Administration experience will be considered as a plus



  • Working within a small team with pleasant and positive atmosphere
  • Salary in-line with market conditions
  • Full training and preparation provided
  • Working hours from 9:00 to 18:00 or from 10:00 to 19:00
  • Start date: 01/05/2018
