Job Description

Work duties

Planning of deliveries based on inventory supplies and open orders

Communicating with customers/suppliers

Keeping records in the information system

Arranging the settlement of incomplete deliveries

- claiming losses and damages from insurance companies

- control of bonuses, issuing credit notes

Preparing reports as required (market, margins, warehouse supplies, etc.)

Checking invoices from suppliers (transport, financial bonuses...)

References for preparing documents for goods (warranty certificates, handbooks, labels…)


We require

Min. 2 years of experience in logistics, ideally at a logistics company

EN LANGUAGE mandatory (active communication on a daily basis)

DE, PL (Polish) language and Navision an advantage

Loyalty, independence and thoroughness

Good communication skills

Proactive approach

Sense for detail


PC skills (MS Office)
